High-profile Everton fan savagely mocks Liverpool over Philippe Coutinho

Everton fan Tony Bellew has mocked the Toffees’ main rivals Liverpool ahead of Philippe Coutinho’s expected departure to Barcelona.

Barcelona lost the services of Neymar to PSG in a shock deal recently and the Catalan giants now find themselves desperately scrambling to find a replacement for the Brazilian superstar.

There have been many names mentioned as potential candidates for Neymar’s replacement and one name who has very strongly been touted to join the Reds is Liverpool playmaker Philippe Coutinho.

Coutinho is also believed to be keen on joining Barcelona and it looks very likely that the Brazilian will be swapping Anfield for the Camp Nou this summer.

Liverpool will surely be negatively affected by the departure of Coutinho and now Everton fan Tony Bellew has taken the time out to mock the Reds at the prospect of them losing arguably their best player this summer.

Bellew said when asked about Liverpool losing Coutinho, “I’ll be honest with you, I’m laughing my tits off. They’ve brought in one player, and now they’re going to lose their star man.

“They were laughing at me when we lost Romelu Lukaku, and I’ll be sitting here p****** myself laughing if Philippe Coutinho walks out that door. He might not, but nothing would please me more.

”What are they going to do without him? He’s a little magician. He’s clever, he’s got everything. When teams like Barcelona come calling, you just have to pack your things and go. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

Barcelona have lost Neymar, they’ve targeted Coutinho and I’m pretty sure his agents knew this was coming a long time ago. I’m pretty sure Liverpool’s owners have known this move was coming for a long time too. I’m going to buy my little nephew a Barcelona shirt with ‘Coutinho’ on the back…”
