According to reports from the Daily Mail, Tottenham are planning to make a move for Valencia right-back Joao Cancelo.
Tottenham Hotspur have been very quiet in the transfer market so far this summer and their lack of activity has most certainly surprised many, especially as they intend to challenge for the Premier League title this season after coming very close last term.
With less than a week to go before the start of the Premier League campaign, Tottenham fans are getting a bit anxious at the moment and it will be interesting to see if the North London side will be able to recruit anyone this summer.
Nonetheless, Tottenham continue to be linked with a host of names and now according to reports from the Daily Mail, claims have been made that Spurs are looking to sign Valencia right-back Joao Cancelo.
Tottenham sold Kyle Walker to Manchester City this summer and while they do already possess a quality replacement in Kieran Trippier, manager Mauricio Pochettino is said to be looking to provide competition for the England international by signing the 23-year-old Cancelo who could be available for around £25million.
