According to reports from the Daily Express, Lionel Messi is convinced that Barcelona have already signed a replacement for Neymar by acquiring the services of Philippe Coutinho from Liverpool.
With every passing day, it looks like Neymar is nearing a move away from Barcelona and reports have widely claimed that the Brazilian superstar’s whopping £195million transfer to PSG is all but a done deal.
As a result, Barcelona have been actively looking to find a replacement for Neymar and Liverpool attacker Philippe Coutinho has widely been mentioned as a target for the Catalan giants.
However, Liverpool have strongly maintained that they will not be looking to sell Coutinho this summer and it remains to be seen as to whether the transfer will eventually come into fruition.
In reports from the Daily Express though, claims are being made that Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi is convinced that his side will be recruiting Coutinho and the Argentine legend has supposedly told close friends that the playmaker has already agreed to join the Catalans, with the transfer only being held up because of Liverpool’s participation in the Champions League.
