According to astonishing claims by Spanish outlet Don Balon, Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi has urged his side to sign Dele Alli instead of Philippe Coutinho.
There is currently a lot of uncertainty surrounding the future of Neymar at Barcelona and many believe that the Brazilian superstar is now all but certain to be making a move to Paris Saint-Germain this summer.
If Neymar leaves, Barcelona will surely have a difficult time in replacing him but widespread reports have strongly claimed that the Catalan giants are viewing Liverpool attacker Philippe Coutinho as a potential replacement for his compatriot.
Coutinho would perhaps be a good replacement for Neymar but in sensational claims from Spanish outlet Don Balon, it has been claimed that Barcelona talisman Lionel Messi wants his side to pursue Tottenham Hotspur superstar Dele Alli instead of the Liverpool playmaker.
It is unclear as to why Messi would want Alli instead of Coutinho at Barcelona as the report fails to reveal this information but there is no doubting that either of the two players would be good additions for Barcelona.
