According to reports from Italian outlet Tutto Mercato Web, Tottenham Hotspur are currently considering a swoop for Valencia defender Joao Cancelo.
Tottenham Hotspur have suffered a huge blow recently after losing the services of key defender Kyle Walker to Manchester City but it has to be said that Spurs managed to receive a good amount in exchange for the full-back as the Citizens are believed to have spent £54million on the Englishman.
In addition, Tottenham do possess a more than capable replacement for Walker in Kieran Tripper but that said, manager Mauricio Pochettino will be expected to bring in a right-back before the end of the summer transfer window in order to beef up his options in the position.
Now according to reports, claims have been made that Tottenham are planning a swoop for Valencia star Joao Cancelo.
Cancelo has been one of the most consistent full-backs in the La Liga over the last two seasons and Tottenham are currently believed to be in a battle with Italian giants Juventus in the race to sign the 23-year-old.
