Real Madrid attacker Gareth Bale has wished Hull City midfielder Ryan Mason a speedy recovery following his horror head injury.
The clash between Chelsea and Hull City at Stamford Bridge on Sunday was marred by a serious head injury suffered by Tigers midfielder Ryan Mason following a nasty collision with defender Gary Cahill just 21 minutes into the game.
It has now been confirmed that Mason suffered a fractured skull due to the impact of the challenge and much to the relief of everyone, the 25-year-old remains in stable condition at the moment following a successful surgery.
The world footballing fraternity has rallied behind Mason after his terrible injury and now Real Madrid superstar Gareth Bale has also gone on to send his well wishes to his former Tottenham Hotspur teammate.
Using social media website Twitter, Bale posted the following message,
