Leicester City have turned down an offer from Malaga for defender Luis Hernandez, according to reports from Sky Sports.
Leicester City decided to make a move for Luis Hernandez over the summer and many felt that the Foxes made a good signing in the Spaniard, especially as he arrived at the King Power Stadium on a free transfer.
However, Leicester boss Claudio Ranieri has not handed Hernandez too many opportunities to impress so far this season and the 27-year-old has been limited to only four appearances in the Premier League.
The lack of minutes coming his way has understandably frustrated Hernandez and it was recently reported that a move back to Spain would be on the cards for the right-back, with Sporting Gijon and Malaga both interested in him.
Now according to reports from Sky Sports, Malaga had indeed placed a loan offer for Hernandez recently but it was immediately rejected by Leicester as they do not want to allow the Spaniard to leave midway through the campaign.
