Goalkeeper
Claudio Bravo is unlikely to be featuring in the upcoming Champions League encounter against Arsenal and as a result, the Chilean is certain to start against Las Palmas this weekend.
Bravo did not have much to do against Sporting Gijon in midweek but he did make a couple of decent saves and the goalkeeper should expect another similar encounter with Las Palmas.
Defence
Fringe players Jeremy Mathieu, Adriano and Aleix Vidal were handed a start during the clash against Sporting but the trio did not look very confident on the night.
With a clash against Arsenal coming up in midweek, the likes of Mathieu, Adriano and Vidal could be given another run in the first team while the impeccable Gerard Pique is expected to be marshalling the backline.
Thomas Vermaelen was a surprise exclusion in the game against Sporting and there is a strong possibility that he could start as well at the expense of either Mathieu or Adriano.
Midfield
In midfield, Sergio Busquets and Andres Iniesta are also expected to be handed a rest, which means that the likes of Sergio Roberto and Arda Turan will be taking their place in the starting lineup.
Ivan Rakitic is also set to retain his place at the middle of the park while Javier Mascherano could feature in his natural midfield position if Enrique decides to rest the Croatian international.
Attack
Penalties have been dominating headlines when it comes to Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez in recent times and the Argentine once again selflessly allowed his Uruguayan teammate to take the spot kick against Sporting despite being on a hat-trick.
While Suarez missed, the Barcelona trio of attack including Neymar have been quite sensational and one can expect them to cause the Las Palmas backline a lot of problems this weekend.
