Aston Villa are looking to make a move for Real Betis goalkeeper Antonio Adan in January, according to reports from Diario AS.
Aston Villa manager Remi Garde has clearly not been left impressed by Brad Guzan and the Frenchman is actively looking to sign a new goalkeeper during the January transfer window as a replacement for the American stopper.
The likes of Steven Mandanda and Salvatore Sirigu have been mentioned as targets for Villa in recent times and now another name in the form of Antonio Adan has emerged as a candidate to arrive at the Midlands based outfit.
According to Spanish publication Diario AS, Villa have identified Real Betis star Adan as a realistic target and are hopeful of tempting the Spanish side to part with the 28-year old by placing a bid in the region of around £8million during the January transfer window.
